Re Crushing Sandra Ferguson and We the People and Dem

My good friend, I began writing We the People articles during the election campaign of 2003, during which time you were probably being socialized as a New National Party student activist. I began writing because I got tired of the Pied Piper politics which took advantage of people’s lack of information and understanding of key issues, feeding them lies and empty promises…….

To Hon. David re Your Legacy

But, Hon. David, as you reflect on your years as the “People’s Champion”, Member of Parliament for the Town of St. George and as you get ready to again offer yourself at the next polls, what will be your legacy? In your position as Member of Parliament, what actions/interventions have you facilitated that have been transformative while demonstrating respect for and confidence in the people of the constituency? Practices and policies that were stridently criticized/condemned while in Opposition are adopted and implemented without we the people being afforded the benefit of an explanation or information. …….

Letter to Hon. Charles Peter David

It appears Hon. David that you are currently the “man of the moment” in the current political conjuncture and it may even appear that “your political star” is in the ascendancy. Besides your loyal supporters in the Town of St. George, it appears that your popularity with the leadership and others in the New National Party has soared since your resignation from the Cabinet. And your hobnobbing with the side has not escaped the notice of we the people.
