Keeping an Eye on C&N Port Louis Marina 2013

We are particularly concerned about the protection of the Lagoon shore to which the Company lays claim and the fact that the Lagoon, a significant national asset is under the control of the Company.   We continue to look for answers relating to the infamous Original Deed of Release of October 5th, 2006 which is purported to have facilitated the transfer of the people’s property to Ambassador DeSavary’s Port Louis for EC$1.00 (who then sold to Camper and Nicholson)  - but  is not registered in the Deeds and Lands Registry of Grenada because “it could not be found”.
