Part 3, FDI, From Port George to C&N Port Louis Marina

Like the Blue Lagoon Project, the Poole Capital Port George project was also stillborn. It was an article by Mr. Lloyd Noel, writing in the Caribbean Net News of December 27th,2006 - There must be accountability and transparency2 which drew attention to most unusual transactions involving the people’s property, particularly a Deed of Release of 5th October, 2006 which is NOT recorded in the Deeds and Lands Registry of Grenada and which, according to Mr. Noel’s article, was prepared by solicitors in England and facilitated the transfer of the property to Peter De Savary’s Port Louis.
