Second National Consultation, Grenada – Blue Growth and the Blue Economy

Noting that small states are vulnerable to climate change impact, their indebtedness increases when there are extreme weather events and also noting that their dependence on aid is expected to continue well into the foreseeable future, Amb. Friday suggested that it was time to “change the narrative” on small states.
