Part 1, From Poole Capital to Camper & Nicholsons

We the people first heard about Poole Capital S.A. in 2003 when then Hon. Minister of Finance, Anthony Boatswain, announced an agreement for the Port George Project. It appears that the Port George project was meant to replace the stillborn Blue Lagoon project that was to have been financed through Viktor Kozeny’s ( the Pirate of Prague) Daventree. When next we the people heard about “Poole”, sometime in late 2005, it appeared that the “delivery time” of these “developers” was about to expire.
