It seems to me, Hon. Prime Minister, that we the people are witnessing the metamorphosis of the administration of National Democratic Congress. It appears that it is “changing its colours” right before our very eyes. Practices and policies that were stridently criticized/condemned while in Opposition are adopted and implemented without we the people being afforded the benefit of an explanation or information. …….
